Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guidelines for cancellations and refunds for donations or services
Since our services and funds are used to run community programs, donations are generally considered final. However, in rare cases (e.g. duplicate payments or demonstrable processing errors) we may issue a refund after verification.
How to request a refund
- Email pesociety2003@gmail.com with details (name, date, transaction reference, amount).
- Our team will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and request any required documentation.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for donations made for a specific purpose where funds have already been disbursed to beneficiaries. The Society reserves the right to decide on refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
